The Sets of TV Shows

This is an old cover from Life magazine. You may also recognize it from the background in Three's Company. I love that show. I have always loved this picture and i also loved all the plants that were on the stage. This show also inspired me to take up the hobby of collecting houseplants. The sets of Three's company and The Mary Tyler Moore show have always inspired me.

Sweet Dreams from now on...I hope

Yesterday i got my CPAP machine...finally!!! I thought that the first night, which was last night would be horrible, but i slept well. Hopefully I will have more energy throughout the day and i can get more things done now.

Lightbulb

I think i've just had an aha moment! i feel so lost because i'm still grieving the losses in my life. I need to find a way to break-free from the bondage of the things (job, health, status, etc...) i have lost and move on. BTW thanks winifred for the comments

Lost continued

I feel lost because all the goals that i set in life seem so unreachable now. i need to overcome my ilnesses. it seems as if life is passing me by. all my friends have gone on to get there master's degrees and i still only have my bachelor's. by now i thought i would at least have my doctorate. i seem frozen. since i've come down with these illnesses i feel if i took a step foward i would fail. i probably feel this way because i lost my job because of my illnesses. that was a big blow to my ego. Me terminated from my job, i never could have imagined. i used to be a super overachiever now i feel as if i'm a super loser.

I'm so hungry that if i smoked another cigarette, i'll be sick. I hope mom has something great in mind for dinner.
Update: I am full now....hamburger and chicken nuggets....my dinner for tonight.

i luv audio books!!!!

I really like audio books especially ones that are read by people with lovely voices. My all time favorites are the ones read by Lisette Lecatt, who does a tremendous job reading the No.1 Detectetive Agency Series of books. Right now i'm reading "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime."
